Our Journey: From Craftsmanship Roots to Direct Connection

The story of PAC began over five years before our website launched in 2019. we were the folks behind the scenes, crafting canvas prints for sellers on Amazon and Etsy. This experience made us see the pain points of these platforms: in addition to charging high platform fees, Amazon and Etsy can only customize some simple canvas prints, but they cannot provide the popular custom canvas prints such as multi-panel canvas prints, college canvas prints, song lyrics canvas prints, etc. So, we decided to give it a go and start our own shop.

We aim to make custom Canvas Prints easily with our simple and safety website. And we want to do more: we want to bypass the middleman and bring the same high-quality craftsmanship directly to you, while providing some classic photo canvas prints and customer service at the most competitive prices.

Launching PCA was an exciting adventure, but like many startups, we faced unexpected obstacles. Just a few months after launch, the global COVID-19 pandemic struck, disrupting international logistics like never before. This period was extremely challenging, especially when it came to meeting our on-time delivery commitments. We acknowledge that our early Trustpilot reviews reflected these difficulties, and that delays beyond our direct control impacted the customer experience.
